The posting

Buscamos um(a) profissional comercial dinâmico(a) e orientado(a) a resultados para atuar na comercialização de espaços físicos, lojas mídias e quiosques, nos shoppings do grupo. O profissional será responsável por prospectar, negociar e fechar contratos de locação e cessão de espaços, construindo relacionamentos sólidos com lojistas, empreendedores e marcas.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes para ocupação de lojas mídias e quiosques;
  • Apresentar e negociar propostas comerciais alinhadas às diretrizes do grupo;
  • Acompanhar o pipeline de oportunidades do contato inicial até o fechamento do contrato;
  • Manter e expandir o relacionamento com a carteira de clientes ativos;
  • Identificar tendências de mercado e oportunidades de novos negócios nos shoppings;
  • Cumprir metas mensais de locação e receita estabelecidas pela gestão;
  • Elaborar relatórios de desempenho comercial e atualizar o CRM regularmente;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de operações e marketing dos shoppings;

Para essa posição, você precisa ter:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas ou locação de espaços (imobiliária, shopping, mídia ou segmentos correlatos);
  • Perfil consultivo, com forte capacidade de negociação e fechamento;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, autonomia e proatividade;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office/Google Workspace;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial nos shoppings do grupo em BH e Região Metropolitana, com possibilidade de deslocamento para outras regiões conforme demanda.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência prévia com comercialização em shoppings centers
  • Carteira de contatos com lojistas, franquias ou empreendedores do varejo
  • Conhecimento do mercado de lojas temporárias e quiosques
