Estamos procurando um Head Comercial para a Matter.

Alguém que saiba vender, claro. Mas que entenda que seu trabalho deixou de ser esse.

Queremos alguém capaz de transformar uma boa venda em método: organizar processo, desenvolver gente, melhorar a régua e construir uma operação que venda bem sem depender de um herói no fim do mês.

E tem uma mudança importante nessa equação.

Somos AI First. Para nós, o time comercial já não termina nas pessoas do organograma. Queremos alguém capaz de liderar gente e, ao mesmo tempo, desenhar e orquestrar um ecossistema de agentes de IA em prospecção, inteligência, preparação, relacionamento e vendas.

Não estamos procurando alguém para “usar IA”. Isso ficou pequeno. Estamos procurando alguém capaz de redesenhar a maneira de fazer negócios porque agora existe IA.

Uma coisa vai pesar bastante: seu Delta. Não quero olhar apenas para o tamanho das metas que você carregou. Quero entender o que encontrou quando chegou e o que existia quando saiu.
