Stellenbeschreibung

* In dieser Einstiegsposition lernst du die vielseitige Welt eines IT\-Dienstleisters kennen und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zum System Engineer. Dabei setzen wir bewusst auf dein Potenzial, nicht auf jahrelange Erfahrung. * Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, den internen Serviceabteilungen und dem Customer Team Solothurn. Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich und hältst alle auf dem Laufenden, remote wie vor Ort. * Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Störungen aus dem täglichen Betrieb. Was du technisch lösen kannst, erledigst du selbst. Alles andere koordinierst du mit den zuständigen Fachteams. * Mitarbeit bei Installation, Betrieb und Wartung von Kunden\-Infrastrukturen im Microsoft\-Umfeld, On\-Premises wie in der Cloud. * Schon bald betreust du kleinere Kunden selbstständig und entwickelst sie mit spannenden Cloud\- und On\-Premises\-Projekten weiter, inklusive sauberer Dokumentation. * Gezielte Förderung deiner Fach\-, Methoden\- und Sozialkompetenz. Mit jeder Anfrage wächst dein Know\-how, und du übernimmst laufend mehr Verantwortung. Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Informatiklehre EFZ oder ein Informatikstudium (HF oder FH). Du stehst am Anfang deiner Berufslaufbahn. * Erste Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und Azure sowie grosse Lust, dein Wissen zu vertiefen * Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, am Telefon wie vor Ort * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil Zusätzliche Informationen

  • Du suchst einen , wo du dich entwickeln kannst, und packst gerne an.
  • Du kommunizierst gut und gerne und bist ein Koordinationstalent, zudem behälst auch in hektischer Zeit die Übersicht.
  • Du bist zuverlässig: Anfragen werden von dir reibungslos bearbeitet.
  • Du bist wissbegierig, holst dir Know\-how und Feedback im Team und willst jeden Tag besser werden.
