  • Gezielte Akquise und Entwicklung von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung definierter Umsatzziele und Margenvorgaben
  • Fachliche Führung und aktive Mitarbeit in strategischen Sales-Initiativen im Enterprise-Segment
  • Übernahme der Lead-Rolle bei komplexen Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozessen (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
  • Beratung von Kunden zu modernen Plattform- und Virtualisierungsarchitekturen
  • Entwicklung von End-to-End-Lösungsdesigns mit Schwerpunkt Virtualisierung, Backup, Compute und Storage
  • Positionierung von hochverfügbaren, skalierbaren und resilienten Plattform-Lösungen
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen mit Fokus auf regulatorische, sicherheitsrelevante und betriebliche Aspekte
  • Unterstützung des Account Managements bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Enterprise-Kunden
  • Präsentation von Lösungskonzepten auf C-Level sowie in Architektur- und Governance-Gremien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Presales-, Account Management und Delivery-Teams
  • Markt- und Technologiebeobachtung im Bereich Plattformen, Virtualisierung und Infrastruktur

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Solution- oder Spec-Sales-Umfeld im Enterprise-Segment
  • Fundiertes Architekturverständnis im Plattform-Bereich
  • Tiefes Know-how in Virtualisierungstechnologien und -konzepten
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche:Backup- und Recovery-Architekturen Compute-Plattformen (virtualisiert, hybrid, cloudnah) Storage-Architekturen und Datenmanagement Container und Kubernetes Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen, geschäftskritischen IT-Landschaften
  • Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen im Finanz- und Governance-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur- und Presales-Teams
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Umsetzungsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und Ownership
