Activities include new product development/product enhancements, direct connection with credit and underwriting teams to support efficiencies in the end-to-end customer lifecycle, and execution of strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to support the growth and profitability of the suite of offerings while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of the Kansas City area. However, the remote location must be within the US.

How you will spend your time:

  • Develop, implement and manage strategies to improve growth, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Partner internally with teams to leverage and interpret data for use in the development, business justification, optimization and execution of product strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance KPIs, feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvements and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as credit, underwriting, portfolio management, marketing, finance, IT, fraud, legal, compliance, risk management, operations and servicing to leverage collective expertise, achieve shared goals, coordinate efforts and ensure successful execution of strategies.
  • Contribute strategic insights and forward-thinking ideas to continuously evolve and improve internal employee and customer experience.

We are excited to talk if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 5 years of product development experience OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
  • At least 2 years of commercial or business lending experience.
  • An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Ultimately, you will be the product owner.
  • Demonstrated success in managing difficult situations and relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Ability to gain influence and cross-functional consensus.
  • Experience in interpreting market and financial data to drive decisions, align strategies and build innovation around products.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
