Für unser Buchlager suchen wir eine(n)

Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik / Fachlagerist mit Führungsverantwortung (m/w/d)

in der Spätschicht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte, korrekte und effiziente Ausführung sämtlicher Kommissionierabläufe
  • Organisation des Arbeitsablaufs im Leitstand
  • Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Personals
  • Personalplanung
  • Schnittstelle zu angrenzenden Bereichen
  • Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit z.B. Kommissionieren von Büchern
  • Bereichsvertretende Mitarbeit bei Projekten; Raum für eigene Ideen und Mitgestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z. B. als Fachlagerist bzw. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. praktische Erfahrung im operativen Bereich der Intralogistik
  • Kenntnisse in Excel und Word
  • Die Bereitschaft zur dauerhaften Spätschicht muss vorhanden sein. Auf Wunsch und nach vorheriger Absprache ist zeitweise eine Frühschichtwoche möglich, um persönliche Anforderungen zu berücksichtigen
  • Kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
  • Überlegtes Handeln und Entscheidungsbereitschaft in zeitkritischen Situationen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an fachübergreifenden Arbeiten
  • Grundverständnis für die Förderanlage
  • Engagement und Selbstständigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
