The posting

Role Overview We are looking for a UX Specialist to collaborate with our team on a variety of projects. This role involves designing seamless user experiences, creating visually appealing interfaces, and ensuring usability across platforms. The work may span multiple projects at once, so adaptability and strong collaboration are key. We are also open to partnering with a group or agency specializing in UX, in addition to individual applicants.

This role requires approximately 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (ET) to ensure effective collaboration with the team. This is an active opportunity, looking to hire immediately in India.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct a thorough audit of the existing website to identify usability gaps, design inconsistencies, and performance flaws. Ensure consistency in brand and design standards across projects. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Translate feedback into design iterations and refinements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Develop a detailed UX improvement roadmap with clear, actionable recommendations to be handed off to the development team. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, Specialist, or similar role. Strong understanding of UX principles, with a focus on best practices in the e-commerce domain. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Demonstrated expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including experience using analytics and behavioural insights to drive design decisions. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
