🎓 Skills & Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or completion of AI-related courses is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
