  • Career Development & Leadership Opportunities. Faculty receive robust institutional support to develop independent research programs or clinical leadership portfolios. Opportunities exist to assume leadership roles in disease groups, clinical trials, program development, and institutional initiatives.
  • Education & Mentorship. Contribute to the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, fellows, and postdoctoral trainees, supported by strong training grant infrastructure (including T32 programs and career development awards).
  • Outstanding Resources. Benefit from UMN’s extensive clinical trials infrastructure, shared research cores, biostatistical support, and nationally recognized blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy platforms.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
