We are now looking for a Technical Instructor with a strong technical interest and a genuine desire to teach and develop others. You will be an important part of building our training team and will have the opportunity to help develop our training activities and take Skeldar’s training to the next level.

Instructor at UMS Skeldar:

You will be part of the Support department, which supports our customers and end users throughout the entire product lifecycle. The department works with customer support, training, technical documentation and integrated logistics support (ILS), as well as technical issues related to our systems.

You will be part of the Training team, which is responsible for delivering and continuously developing our courses and training programmes. This includes both classroom-based theory and practical elements in the hangar, simulator or ground station.

To operate our system, two pilots and at least one technician who are authorised on the system are required. As an instructor, you will be responsible for training and examining pilots and/or technicians within our system.

You get a solid introduction to the role and the system through internal training, initially working alongside experienced colleagues. The role mainly involves travel to locations within Sweden, but international travel may also occur.

In the role of Instructor, you will:

  • Take responsibility for training and instructing users in our system
  • Deliver training courses both in Sweden and internationally
  • Plan training sessions and prepare training materials
  • Further develop our training together with the Training team
  • Conduct evaluations and follow up on training activities
  • Conduct training primarily in English

Are you the one we are looking for?

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine technical understanding with meeting and developing others. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
