Für unser Headquarter in Alsfeld suchen wir ab sofort eine Verstärkung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 25h/Woche) für unsere Personalabteilung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung operativer HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Erstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege sämtlicher personalrelevanter Dokumente, insbesondere Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen und Zeugnisse
  • Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Sicherstellung eines termingerechten Abrechnungslaufs
  • Administration und Pflege des Zeit- und Abwesenheitsmanagements sowie des HR-Managementsystems
  • Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in personal-, abrechnungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Onboarding
  • Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Personalentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie in weiteren personalrelevanten Maßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen sowie in bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise im Personalwesen (z. B. Personalsachbearbeiter/in oder Personalreferent/in) oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources/Personalmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich, beispielsweise als Personalsachbearbeiter/in oder Personalreferent/in
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine offene, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ATOSS und/oder Personio
