  • Erstellung von Jahres- und Zwischenjahresabschlüssen
  • Anfertigung des Konzernjahresabschlusses einschließlich der Muttergesellschaft sowie aller Tochtergesellschaften
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen
  • Koordination und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Erstellung von Kapitalertragsteuer- und Gesellschaftsteuererklärungen
  • Verantwortung für die Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung von Gewerbeanmeldungen
  • An- und Abmeldung von Bau-Arbeitsgemeinschaften bei den Finanzbehörden
  • Bilanzierung der Bau-Arbeitsgemeinschaften
  • Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Steuern und Bilanzierung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzierung und im Steuerwesen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Finanzbehörden
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
