People Operations & Payroll Specialist (m/f)

Mjesto rada: Zagreb

Što ćeš raditi:

  • bit ćeš odgovoran/a za unos i ažuriranje podataka o svim našim zaposlenicima
  • bit ćeš odgovoran/a za unaprjeđenje naših sustava te njihovo usklađivanje sa zakonskim regulativama i GDPR-om
  • pripremat ćeš podatke za obračun plaće i unositi ih u sustav (kontrola evidencije rada, bolovanja, obračun bonusa i sl.)
  • izrađivat ćeš radno-pravne dokumente (potvrde, odluke, ugovore o radu i sl.)
  • izrađivat ćeš mjesečne izvještaje
  • brinut ćeš o točnosti evidencija radnog vremena
  • odgovarat ćeš na upite kolega o radno-pravnim odnosima
  • vodit ćeš po potrebi računa o pravovremenim prijavama/odjavama zaposlenika (HZMO, HZZO)

Od tebe očekujemo:

  • imaš 2 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • odlično poznaješ Zakon o radu, propise vezane za obračun plaće i ostale radno-pravne propise
  • izvrsno se snalaziš u MS Office-u, a posebno si vješt/a u Excelu, poželjno je poznavanje rada u Pantheonu
  • znaš se jako dobro organizirati i razumiješ važnost poštivanja rokova
  • proaktivan/a si i usmjeren/a na rješenja
  • timski rad ti se podrazumijeva
  • diskrecija ti je na visokoj razini
  • imaš puno ideja za unapređenje HR operativnih procesa koje jedva čekaš provesti u djelo
  • pedantan/a si i voliš da je svaka brojka (i dokument) na svome mjestu
  • poželjno je iskustvo rada u pripremi plaća
