Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und erfolgreiches Unternehmen in der Wiener Immobilienbranche, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Objektbuchhaltung.

Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der laufenden Objektbuchhaltung

* Erstellung von Betriebs- und Eigentümerkostenabrechnungen

* Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (UVA) sowie Jahreserklärungen

* Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten

* Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit Immobilien

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Immobilienverwaltung und internen Fachabteilungen

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Objektbuchhaltung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Buchhaltungssoftware IGEL

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Gute buchhalterische Kenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Teamgeist, Engagement und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
