Rattaché.e à votre Responsable de magasin, vous êtes garant du respect de la politique commerciale et vous être l’ambassadrice.eur de notre marque et de nos valeurs. Passionné·e par la mode et l’univers lingerie, vous créez une expérience client inspirante, qualitative et fidèle à l’ADN de la marque : tendance, accessible et singulière.

Au quotidien, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du magasin : gestion des stocks, suivi des commandes, implantation des produits et application des procédures du groupe. Vous veillez à la bonne mise en œuvre du merchandising afin de garantir l’attractivité de la boutique.

Vous assurez le suivi et l’analyse des indicateurs commerciaux et contribuez au développement de la performance du magasin en veillant à offrir un service client de qualité.

Aux côtés du/de la Responsable de magasin, vous participez à l’animation et à la fédération de l’équipe de vente : accompagnement dans l’atteinte des objectifs, zoning quotidien, intégration et formation des collaborateurs.

Votre profil

Vous êtes passionné·e par la mode et l’univers de la lingerie, un environnement dans lequel vous aimez conseiller et accompagner les clients. Une première expérience réussie en animation d’équipe serait un véritable atout.

Exigeant·e et dynamique, vous combinez sens du résultat, sens du service client et capacité à faire grandir l’équipe. Attentif·ve à l’image de marque, aux tendances et à l’expérience client, vous portez une vision moderne et engagée du commerce.

Votre énergie, votre sens du collectif et votre culture produit feront la différence pour incarner pleinement l’esprit Undiz.

Le Néerlandais et Anglais sont indispensables.
