Haus für Journalismus und Öffentlichkeit, Netflix, Lufthansa Lounges, Zalando, Starbucks, Think Campus, Sony Center am Potsdamer Platz, Booking.com, Madame Tussauds, Camper, Amerikanische Botschaft, Muji etc. im gesamten Bundesgebiet für nationale und internationale Auftraggeber realisiert.

DU UNDKRAUSS: Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Inspektion, Wartung und Instandhaltung von haustechnischen Anlagen (Elektro, Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Kälte)
  • störungsbedingte Instandsetzung und Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
  • gewerkübergreifende Betreuung von versorgungstechnischen Anlagen
  • Führen und Pflegen von Fehler-, Prüf-, Wartungs- und Inspektionsberichten
  • Anlagendokumentation
  • Koordination von Fremdfirmen bei Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Beschaffungsmanagement von Verbrauchsmaterialien

DU UNDKRAUSS: Voraussetzungen

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Heizungstechnik / Sanitärtechnik / Gas- und Wasserinstallationen / Kältetechnik
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil
  • gewerkübergreifende Fachkenntnisse wünschenswert - Kälteschein
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Routine in der Prozessdokumentation
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
