Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Rekrutierung von neuen Mitarbeitern (m/w/d)
  • Planung, Disposition, Überwachung & Nachbereitung für Projekte in Hamburg oder auf Festivals in ganz Deutschland
  • Kommunikation & Planung mit Partnern, Dienstleistern und Kunden
  • Personalführung sowie Qualitätskontrolle vor Ort
  • Ausarbeitung von Rapporten, Protokollen & Verträgen
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen sowie Rechnungsprüfung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen dem Büro und dem operativen Personal
  • Offenes Ohr und Verantwortlichkeit für Deine Crew

Was solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Büro - z.B. Veranstaltungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Veranstaltungsbereich oder Personaldisposition
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting (wünschenswert)
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit und schnelles Anpassungsvermögen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Reisebereitschaft
