Qual será o seu desafio? Você será responsável por dar suporte administrativo e comercial à equipe de vendas e aos parceiros da empresa, garantindo que as vendas sejam processadas com agilidade, organização e precisão, além de acompanhar a jornada do cliente desde a contratação até a instalação.

Principais Atividades:

  • Apoiar vendedores no cadastro de clientes e conferência de documentos;
  • Verificar viabilidade de atendimento e acompanhar solicitações até a instalação;
  • Abrir protocolos, encaminhar agendamentos e realizar feedback com clientes;
  • Apoiar migrações, atualizações de planos e permutas;
  • Manter cadastros e informações atualizados nos sistemas;
  • Apoiar a organização de materiais e demais atividades do setor.

Desejável experiência na área comercial ou administrativa.
