Hos Ungdommens Røde Kors (URK) Roskilde har vi plads til nye frivillige bestyrelsesmedlemmer, og vi håber, det kunne være noget for dig 🌸

Som medlem af bestyrelsen får du en unik mulighed for at sætte retningen for vores lokalafdeling, dele dine idéer og erfaringer, og være med til at skabe et trygt, udviklende og sjovt fællesskab for vores frivillige og børn/unge 💡

Det laver vi i bestyrelsen:

  • Vi afholder bestyrelsesmøder, hvor vi træffer beslutninger på strategisk niveau og planlægger lokalafdelingens fremtid 📈
  • Vi arbejder med politikker og rammer - fx vedtægter, frivilligpolitik og samværspolitik - for at sikre, at alle vores projekter og fællesskaber fungerer trygt og godt 📜
  • Vi følger op på projekter, støtter op, inspirerer og hjælper dem til at blomstre og udvikle sig
  • Vi sparrer med hinanden og med ledelsen, deler idéer og sikrer, at lokalafdelingen hele tiden udvikler sig og forbliver et sted, hvor børn, unge og frivillige trives ✨

Det forventer vi af dig:

  • At du kan binde dig for et år - kan du kun et halvt år, hører vi også gerne fra dig
  • At du har lyst til at engagere dig strategisk og bidrage med dine erfaringer, idéer og perspektiver
