The posting

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent user interface solutions, ensuring an optimal balance between usability, functionality, and visual appeal.
  • Analyze user journeys and interface requirements through heuristic reviews, task analysis, and analytics-based insights to identify user needs, usability challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and low- to high-fidelity interactive prototypes to explore concepts, validate design decisions, and support iterative design refinement.
  • Design responsive web and mobile interfaces, defining clear information architecture, effective navigation patterns, and seamless interaction workflows to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design system components, style guides, and graphical assets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to established design standards across products.
  • Plan and conduct usability evaluations and user testing activities, documenting findings and reporting issues with appropriate severity ratings, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the definition of UI acceptance criteria and test scenarios, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compatibility across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Preparation of developer handoff deliverables and collaboration with developers and accessibility experts for accurate implementation.

  • Proven experience applying user-centered design methodologies, including UX research, persona creation, user journey mapping, and user story analysis.
  • Experience planning, conducting, and evaluating usability tests, including remote testing, A/B testing, and hallway testing.
  • Strong experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or equivalent solutions.
  • Proven experience developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
