Realizam manutenção em componentes, equipamentos e máquinas industriais; executam atividades de manutenção previamente planejadas, avaliam condições de funcionamento e desempenho de componentes de máquinas e equipamentos; lubrificam máquinas, componentes e ferramentas. Documentam informações técnicas; realizam ações de qualidade e preservação ambiental e trabalham de acordo com normas de segurança.

Executar os serviços de manutenção mecânica, montando e desmontando máquinas e equipamentos, reparando ou substituindo partes e peças, visando o seu perfeito funcionamento e prolongamento de sua vida útil.

1. Efetuar as inspeções de rotina para diagnosticar o estado de conservação e funcionamento de maquinas e equipamentos;

2. Realizar check-list diário no start do abate verificando o funcionamento das maquinas e equipamentos da produção;

3. Realizar verificações nos equipamento identificando desgaste, ter o acompanhamento das preventivas junto ao programador e auxiliando o mesmo;

4. Auxiliar o programador na confecção de planos para manutenção autônoma (operação) check -list de operador ;

5. Verificar solicitações não avaliadas no sistema diariamente, assim como verificar as ordens em aberto;

6. Levantar serviços para execução no fim de semana, apresentar aos Encarregados e planejador todas as quartas feira;

7. Executar serviços de manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva em todos os equipamentos e respectivos acessórios, assegurando o seu adequado funcionamento;

8. Executar a lubrificação, regulagens e calibragens de todos os equipamentos mecânicos e pneumáticos, conforme especificações de cada máquina, utilizando os instrumentos apropriados;

9. Acompanhar os testes de produção, verificando o adequado funcionamento das máquinas;

10. Verificar a necessidades de reparos nas ferramentas utilizadas no processo produtivo;

11. Anotar os reparos feitos, peças trocadas, para efeito de controle;

12. Verificar o estado de rolamentos, trocando-os se necessário, de acordo com padrões estabelecidos;

13. Manter dados e referencias dos equipamentos e peças de reposição;

14. Desmontar e montar motores, corrigindo os defeitos encontrados;

15. Traçar, furar, abrir roscas, cortar peças, manual ou mecanicamente, para confecção de peças e máquinas, conforme solicitado;

16. Confeccionar rasgos de chavetas em polias, embreagens, engrenagens, etc., utilizando plaina, furadeira ou fresadora;

17. Executar pequenos serviços de solda, corte com maçarico, quando necessário;

18. Executar os planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva, Planejar as paradas programadas;

19. Executar Rondas Diárias e Semanais em todos os setores da unidade, identificando e corrigindo preventivamente as anomalias encontradas;

20. Seguir e promover a cultura UAA;

21. Interagir com as demais áreas funcionais, construindo relações de trabalho positivas;

22. Cumprir os procedimentos, politicas e padrões técnicos em atendimento as normas de fabricação, segurança e manutenção;

23. Obrigatoriedade do registro do cartão ponto;

24. Executar outras atividades correlatas sempre que necessário;
