Estamos em busca de um Analista Fiscal para atuar na apuração e análise das rotinas fiscais da empresa, garantindo a correta aplicação da legislação tributária, a conformidade das obrigações fiscais e a qualidade das informações prestadas aos órgãos competentes.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar a apuração e revisão de tributos, incluindo ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, entre outros;
  • Elaborar, validar e transmitir obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, ECF e demais declarações fiscais;
  • Analisar a legislação tributária e acompanhar alterações que possam impactar as operações da empresa;
  • Atender fiscalizações e auditorias realizadas pela Receita Federal, Secretarias da Fazenda e Prefeituras;
  • Identificar riscos e inconsistências fiscais, propondo ações para sua mitigação;
  • Apoiar análises e iniciativas de planejamento tributário, buscando oportunidades de eficiência e economia fiscal dentro da legislação vigente;
  • Revisar processos e procedimentos internos, visando garantir a conformidade tributária;
  • Orientar e prestar suporte técnico às áreas Contábil, Financeira, Comercial e Operacional em questões fiscais;
  • Apoiar a melhoria de processos, controles e procedimentos da área fiscal;
  • Orientar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de analistas juniores e plenos.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Experiência com apuração e revisão de tributos;
  • Experiência com obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF e ECF;
  • Conhecimento da legislação tributária e atualização sobre mudanças fiscais;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com atenção aos detalhes
  • Capacidade de análise e identificação de riscos e inconsistências fiscais.

Será considerado diferencial:

  • Experiência com planejamento tributário;
  • Experiência com atendimento a fiscalizações e auditorias;
  • Vivência em melhoria de processos e controles internos;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, especialmente SAP.
