Descrição Estamos em busca de um Auxiliar Financeiro para atuar nas rotinas operacionais do setor financeiro, oferecendo suporte às atividades de faturamento, contas a receber e controles financeiros. O profissional será responsável por garantir a organização, precisão e atualização das informações no sistema, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e cumprimento das rotinas da área.

Horário de Trabalho 08h às 17h

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar baixas de boletos e pagamentos via cartão no sistema;
  • Gerar e enviar arquivos de remessa bancária relacionados às cobranças;
  • Efetuar conferência e correção de boletos e notas fiscais;
  • Realizar importação de arquivos de coparticipação no sistema;
  • Executar controle e envio de comunicações de cancelamento conforme RN 561;
  • Prestar suporte às demandas do setor comercial e demais áreas via e-mail;
  • Acompanhar indicadores das atividades sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Apoiar a preparação de informações para obrigações acessórias, como DMED e DIOPS;
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais do setor financeiro.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência prévia na área financeira;
  • Excel em nível intermediário;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade com números e raciocínio lógico.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Experiência com sistemas financeiros;
  • Vivência com rotinas de faturamento ou contas a receber;
  • Conhecimento sobre rotinas do setor de saúde suplementar.
