Vores ambitiøse team af fundraisere er en afgørende faktor i vores arbejde med at fremme børns rettigheder, sikkerhed, udvikling og trivsel. Til vores dygtige team af fundraisere søger vi netop nu en kollega, der kan inspirere danskerne til at støtte UNICEF med månedlige bidrag. Alt det kræver er, at du tør løfte røret og spørge et andet menneske om hjælp.

Som fundraiser bliver du trænet i argumentationsteknikker og levering af budskaber til bestemte målgrupper - alt imens at du er med til at gøre en afgørende forskel for børn i udsatte positioner.

I stillingen vil du få erfaring med telemarketing, salg og budskabsformidling, og du får indsigt i en spændende og international organisation. Vi sørger for coaching, godt kollegaskab og den nødvendige viden om vores arbejde, så du har redskaberne til at målrette din kommunikation og hverve faste støtter til UNICEF.

Om dig:

Du behøver ikke have erfaring med fundraising, salg eller telemarketing. Det vigtigste er, at du har gåpåmod og kan sige ja til nedenstående.

  • Du er god til at inspirere andre og engagere dem i formål, som du selv tror på.
  • Du er resultatorienteret og motiveres af konkrete målsætninger.
  • Du taler og forstår dansk på højt niveau.

Hvad kan du forvente?

Når du starter som fundraiser, starter du på vores basisuddannelse. Her bliver du gennem træning og coaching klædt på til at varetage jobbet, så du har de bedst mulige forudsætninger for at lykkes og kickstarte din karriere som fundraiser.

Vi tilbyder:

En deltidsstilling på vores daghold og en arbejdsplads, hvor der er højt til loftet, gode kollegaer og en stor fællesskabsfølelse. Derudover tilbyder vi:

  • En funktionæransættelse med en konkurrencedygtig startløn på 145 kr. i timen.
  • Gratis frugt- og kaffeordning.
  • Fredagsbar og andre sociale arrangementer, herunder sommerfest og julefrokost.
  • Faglige og aktuelle oplæg vedrørende UNICEFs arbejde.

Arbejdssted og -tid:

Du får arbejdsplads i Københavns hippe Nordvest kvarter på Rentemestervej 62, hvor du vil have din daglige gang i vores lækre callcenter.

Din arbejdstid vil som udgangspunkt være tirsdag – fredag i tidsrummet kl. 09.00 – 16.45, og du er garanteret minimum 28 timer om ugen. Der vil være en månedlig workshop dag liggende på en mandag, og alle fredage slutter kl. 16.

Hvis din performance og udvikling er stabil, er det muligt at forhandle en højere timeløn og få flere timer
