Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im After Sales Bereich bis zur Angebotserstellung für Ersatzteile und Serviceleistungen
  • Fach- und termingerechte Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen vom Auftragseingang bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Controlling der Kundenaufträge in Bezug auf Kosten und Termine
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf und Fertigung in Bezug auf Ersatzteilbeschaffung
  • Allgemeine / organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Bereich SAS
  • Tätigkeiten, wie intensiver Kundenkontakt, im internationalen Umfeld (95% Export)

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/-mann, einen gleichwertigen Abschluss oder eine Tätigkeit, die einem solchen Abschluss gleichzustellen ist
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung in SAP mit
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Empathie, sozialer Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke aus
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort, Schrift, persönlich und am Telefon
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und sie sind ein Teamplayer
  • Ein kontaktfreudiges und sicheres Auftreten rundet Ihr Profil ab
