Principais Responsabilidades

Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de desmobilização dos veículos junto aos fornecedores parceiros. Acompanhar e desenvolver fornecedores, por meio de treinamentos, auditorias e monitoramento dos processos. Assegurar o cumprimento dos indicadores de performance e SLAs da regional. Analisar relatórios, ofensores, orçamentos e eficiência operacional, propondo ações para melhoria contínua. Realizar a gestão da preparação dos veículos para venda, buscando otimização de tempo, qualidade e redução de custos. Atuar na redistribuição de veículos, conforme necessidade operacional. Gerenciar riscos relacionados à segurança do trabalho, meio ambiente e medicina ocupacional, garantindo conformidade e eficiência das operações. Liderar processos com foco em produtividade, qualidade e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos e qualificações✅ Requisitos

Vivência nos segmentos de locação de veículos, concessionárias, oficinas mecânicas ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com manutenção automotiva, controle de indicadores e gestão de processos. Conhecimento em gestão de custos, produtividade e eficiência operacional. Experiência em ambientes de operação, produção ou preparação de veículos para comercialização.
