Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, coordenar e supervisionar a movimentação/compra dos produtos do Centro de Distribuição para toda a Rede Unifique, assegurando o abastecimento;Supervisionar e controlar as atividades do setor de compras;Estruturar e implementar as Políticas Internas;Acompanhar carteira de pedidos e produtos, cadastro e homologação de novos fornecedores;Auditar, homologar estoque a fim de assegurar o levantamento para o inventário de estoque;Estruturar e acompanhar a definição dos parâmetros para as negociações, coordenar, conferir, lançar e encaminhar as Notas Fiscais das compras para controle de contas a pagar e posterior contabilização bem como as emitidas para efeitos de transferência de produtos e canceladas.Criar, manter e auditar metas/indicadores, definindo prioridades a fim de cumprir orçamento;Acompanhar, liderar e dar feedback para os subordinados da equipe de compras;Analisar tendências do mercado e buscar novos produtos e serviço.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

Experiência prévia na função de Compras ou Suprimentos, com vivência em cotação e negociação com fornecedores; Experiência em liderança ou gestão de equipes; Excel em nível intermediário; Conhecimento em sistemas ERP.

Habilidades técnicas

Negociação estratégica com fornecedores; Análise comparativa de propostas; Acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho da área; Visão de processos, com foco em melhoria contínua.

Habilidades comportamentais

Comunicação clara e eficaz; Organização e senso de responsabilidade; Habilidade na gestão de pessoas; Comprometimento com a equipe e com os resultados; Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade; Perfil inovador e orientado a resultados.Formação

Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas afins.

Diferenciais

Inglês em nível intermediário; Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (como Power BI); Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Suprimentos, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
