Pra essa conectividade funcionar na prática, temos um time que, além de projetar, é responsável por executar, fazer manutenção e gerenciar essas estações para manter o padrão em todas as estruturas usadas para distribuição dos serviços Unifique. Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir equipes de infraestrutura de POPs, coordenando projetos, implantações e manutenção das estruturas.Identificar necessidades de ampliação da infraestrutura e solicitar os recursos necessários.Prospectar e avaliar locais adequados para implantação de POPs.Monitorar e apresentar indicadores de desempenho operacional.Fiscalizar o uso adequado de EPIs obrigatórios pelas equipes.Acompanhar e fiscalizar a execução das atividades de empresas terceirizadas.Orientar a equipe técnica quanto às ativações, manutenções, agendamentos, cumprimento de SLAs e protocolos operacionais.Realizar alinhamentos com a equipe, avaliando o desempenho individual e orientando o desenvolvimento técnico.Atuar em campo no suporte às equipes em atividades de elevada complexidade técnica ou alto grau de risco.Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos, operacionais e de segurança nas atividades de infraestrutura.Aplicar conhecimentos avançados em redes ópticas FTTx, incluindo FTTH, FTTA e FTTB.Dominar conceitos e aplicações de enlaces ponto a ponto (PTP).Compreender as tecnologias de transmissão de dados de alta capacidade, incluindo DWDM.Conhecer o funcionamento e as aplicações de equipamentos de infraestrutura de telecomunicações, incluindo rádio e fibra óptica.Compreender as características e diferenças entre os tipos de estações de telecomunicações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação e requisitos:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Telecomunicações, Redes de Computadores, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em infraestrutura de telecomunicações, redes ópticas, rádio e POPs; Experiência em liderança de equipes técnicas; Vivência com gestão de fornecedores e empresas terceirizadas; Experiência em projetos, implantação e manutenção de infraestrutura; Disponibilidade para viajar.Possuir CNH/B.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 08h as 12h e das 13h12 as 18h.Oportunidade para trabalhar presencialmente, em Marialva/PR.
