Se liga nessa oportunidade!Buscamos uma pessoa que goste de desafios, identifique oportunidades, esteja com o senso de trabalho em equipe no modo ON, zele pelos processos e garanta a satisfação dos nossos clientes em cada conexão.Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar apoio ao Gerente Regional de Vendas, elaborando Plano de Ações que visam cumprir o Plano de Vendas em sua área de atuação;Avaliar e gerir as equipes Administrativa e de Vendas;Agir para adquirir novos clientes e gerenciar relacionamentos com clientes (novos e existentes);Definir ações que visam cumprir o plano de vendas;Elaborar Plano de Mídia e cronograma de Ações de Vendas;Gerenciar as carteiras de clientes e distribuí-las entre os vendedores; Desenvolver treinamentos e capacitação da equipe;Monitorar e Administrar carteira de clientes ativas e inativas;Desenvolver relacionamento presencial com os clientes de grandes contas, instituições parcerias e órgãos públicos;Representar a Unifique em eventuais editais na sua área de atuação; Gerir pesquisa de satisfação (NPS);Zelar pela satisfação do cliente, por meio do atendimento qualificado da equipe de vendas de relacionamento com o cliente;Gerir as etapas do funil de vendas;Elaborar mapas de cotação de compras;Gerir o fluxo de estoque da loja;Gerir os processos de administração comercial e backoffice;Prestar apoio ao DHO, na execução de atividades de recursos humanos;Elaborar e apresentar relatórios a gerência regional;Analisar padrões para aproveitamento de candidatos, selecionar fontes de recrutamento;Seguir integralmente normas, políticas, processos e procedimentos da empresa;Prezar pela excelência e qualidade em todas as etapas da venda;Controlar e garantir as boas práticas nas lojas;Controlar comissões, entradas e saídas de colaboradores;Desenvolver ações que visam a promoção e divulgação das vagas abertas em canais de divulgação;Promover meios que visam a melhora da integração, comunicação e partilha de conhecimento da equipe;Garantir a organização e apresentação da estrutura física das lojas da Unifique.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Vendedor de Alta Performance;Foco no Resultado;Boa Comunicação;Estratégia de Vendas;Planejamento e Organização;Visão sistêmica;Gestão de pessoas;Raciocínio analítico;Pró Atividade;Resiliência.Requisitos:Vivência com gestão de times comerciais e estratégias de vendas;Conhecimento intermediário no pacote Office;Habilidade em gestão de indicadores.Formação:Pós-Graduação em Administração de Venda, Marketing.MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Marketing, Administração de Vendas, ou áreas afinsInformações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: 08h30 às 12h e das 13h30 às 18h de Segunda a Sexta-feira e das 08h as 12h aos Sábados.Oportunidade para trabalhar presencialmente, na cidade de Criciúma, sendo também responsável por Araranguá, Arroio Silva e Gaivota, Forquilhas, Nova Veneza e Siderópolis.
