The posting

Om tjänsten: Som logistikansvarig får du en viktig roll i det dagliga flödet av material, gods och transporter. Du blir en central kontakt mellan lager, produktion, leverantörer, transportörer och arbetar både operativt samt administrativt för att logistiken ska fungera smidigt. Rollen innebär ett brett ansvar för såväl inkommande som utgående leveranser. Du ser till att gods tas emot och hanteras korrekt, registreras i affärssystemet Monitor och kommer vidare till rätt del av verksamheten. I arbetet ingår även transportplanering, materialförsörjning och löpande kontakt med externa leverantörer. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Ansvara för godsflödet, från mottagning och kontroll till registrering i Monitor och hantering av utgående leveranser

Planera och samordna interna och externa transporter samt förbereda och packa gods inför leverans

Säkerställa materialförsörjningen till produktionen och hantera färdiga artiklar

Följa upp order hos underleverantörer och ha löpande dialog med leverantörer kring leveranser och eventuella förändringar

Bidra i inventering och hantering av reklamationsärenden

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av logistik och som trivs i en roll där praktiska arbetsuppgifter kombineras med planering och administration. Du är van vid att ta eget ansvar, skapa struktur och prioritera när flera saker behöver hanteras samtidigt. För att passa i rollen tror vi att du är initiativtagande och lösningsorienterad. Du kommer att samarbeta med flera delar av verksamheten och ha externa kontaktytor, vilket gör att du behöver vara kommunikativ och ha lätt för att koordinera olika behov. Vi ser också gärna att du har ett öga för förbättringar och tycker om att hitta arbetssätt som skapar tydligare struktur och effektivare logistikflöden. Vi söker dig som har:

Ett par års erfarenhet av logistik eller liknande arbetsuppgifter

God kunskap och erfarenhet av affärssystemet Monitor

B-körkort

Truckkort A och B
