Om tjänsten Är du en serviceinriktad och driven person som trivs i en social roll där du får ta mycket eget ansvar? Har du tidigare erfarenhet av reception, service eller administration och gillar att skapa en välkomnande miljö omkring dig? Då kan detta vara tjänsten för dig! Vi söker nu en receptionist till ett företag i Solna. Tjänsten är ett heltidsvikariat på minst ett år, där du får en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten och blir en viktig kontaktperson för både medarbetare och besökare. Som receptionist är du företagets ansikte utåt och ansvarar för att både interna och externa besökare får ett professionellt och trevligt bemötande. Rollen är varierande och kombinerar reception, service och administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Arbetsuppgifter Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära att:

Ta emot och välkomna interna och externa besökare

Hantera inkommande mejl och förfrågningar

Administrera och hantera passerkort

Ansvara för posthantering

Beställa catering inför möten och andra tillfällen

Hjälpa till med att duka fram och plocka undan catering

Utföra löpande administrativa uppgifter

Hjälpa till där det behövs för att skapa en välfungerande och trivsam arbetsplats

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, driven och initiativtagande. Du ser själv vad som behöver göras och är inte rädd för att ta tag i uppgifter på egen hand. Samtidigt är du prestigelös och vågar fråga eller be om hjälp när det behövs. Eftersom du möter många olika människor i din roll tror vi också att du är social, positiv och tycker om att bjuda på dig själv. Du trivs med att ha flera olika arbetsuppgifter och är flexibel när förutsättningarna förändras. Krav

Har erfarenhet från en liknande roll inom reception, service och/eller administration

Har god datorvana och känner dig trygg i Windows och Microsoft Office-paketet

Talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska

Är serviceinriktad och har ett professionellt och positivt bemötande

Är driven, initiativtagande och ser vad som behöver göras

Är självgående men samtidigt inte rädd för att fråga eller be om hjälp när det behövs

Trivs i en social roll med många kontaktytor och tycker om att hjälpa andra
