Unika Ullbergs Väg är en gruppbostad som erbjuder ett anpassat och trivsamt boende för personer i personkrets 1 enligt LSS. Här arbetar vi med hjärtat, med fokus på att skapa en trygg och utvecklande miljö för våra boende. Med sex lägenheter belägna i natursköna Vaxholm, är vår verksamhet omgiven av lugn och vackra omgivningar. Om rollen som Boendestödjare

Som boendestödjare kommer du att arbeta med att erbjuda en meningsfull och förutsägbar vardag med mycket struktur för de som bor hos oss. Vi arbetar målinriktat utifrån uppdragsplanen, har ett professionellt och rehabiliterande förhållnings- och arbetssätt samtidigt som vi arbetar utifrån verksamhetens resurser och budget.

Vårt arbete anpassar vi utifrån varje individs förutsättningar och behov och utgångspunkten är individens personliga genomförandeplan. Vår målsättning är att brukarna ska bli så självständiga som möjligt och vi stöttar dem i att använda sina egna resurser för att de ska utvecklas och få en god livskvalitet. Vårt arbetssätt innebär att ha ett lågaffektivt bemötande samt tydliggörande pedagogik

Kvalifikationer

  • Mycket god förmåga i svenska i tal såväl som skrift.
  • God datorvana, erfarenhet av dokumentation.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom LSS
  • Erfarenhet av psykiatri, AKK och lågaffektivt bemötande.
  • Gymnasial utbildning som tex barn-och fritidsprogram, vård-och omsorgsprogram, eller eftergymnasial utbildning tex stödpedagog, socialpedagog eller högskoleutbildning inom relevant område.

Meriterande om du därtill har

  • Relevant vidareutbildning inom vård och omsorg.
  • Erfarenhet av specifika vårdbehov.
  • Dokumentationsförmåga.
  • Kunskap i teckenspråk

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Anställningsvillkor

Tjänstgöringsgrad: Timvikarie vid behov Arbetstid: Rullande schema, dag, kväll och helg förekommer. Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse, vi ser positivt på om du kan tillträda inom kort. Kollektivavtal: Vi är kollektivavtalsbundna till Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Bransch E.
