About the role

This role combines customer service, sales support, and account management within the electronics or B2B trading industry. You will assist the sales team with customer services, help locate products, place orders and holds, process transactions, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will identify customer product needs, conduct market research to understand market trends and industry information, and develop business with international clients to achieve high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with customer services, help locate products for customers, place orders, place holds, and process transactions
  • Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked
  • Identify customers' product needs and conduct market research to identify market trends and industry information
  • Develop business with international clients and achieve high client satisfaction
  • Manage overall account relationships by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
  • Work with internal and external resources to provide customer service, facilitate quoting, fulfill demand, ensure on-time delivery, provide engineering support, and troubleshoot customer problems
  • Manage Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process and own the customer interface for back-end Quality processes
  • Own and maintain Inventory integrity to minimize write-offs and bill backs
  • Set strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources and processing of customer quotations, validate EOL and NCNR parts
  • Negotiate pricing and quote markup and notify customers of price increases

About you

  • At least 2 years experience in electronics industry or B2B trading industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken fluency in Mandarin (equivalent or close to native Mandarin language skills)
  • Good written and spoken fluency in English to support the China team with client work across Asia
