Deine Aufgaben

Als Technical Support Engineer bist Du Teil unseres Support- und Betriebsteams. Du sorgst mit den folgenden Tätigkeiten dafür, dass die IT-Systeme unserer Kunden stabil, sicher und zuverlässig laufen. Dabei schaust Du mit kreativem Blick immer auch über den Tellerrand hinaus.

  • Betreuung und Administration der IT- Infrastrukturen und Cloud-Umgebungen unserer Kunden - einschließlich Server-, Netzwerk- und Firewall- Infrastrukturen sowie Backup- und Sicherheitslösungen.
  • Analyse, Eingrenzung und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen und Fragestellungen im 2nd-Level-Support.
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten, z.B. bei der Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen oder bei technischen Erweiterungen bestehender Umgebungen.
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaften im Sinne des Kunden, inklusive Durchführung und Begleitung von Change Requests.
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung interner Abläufe und Supportprozesse.
  • Aktives Einholen von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des technischen Supports (z.B. Rückmeldungen, Referenzen oder Bewertungen).
  • Proaktives Einbringen sinnvoller, zukunftsorientierter digitaler Lösungen im Austausch mit Kunden sowie Pflege einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit.
  • Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung in Anlehnung an den individuellen Entwicklungsplan.

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in IT-Infrastrukturen sind willkommen.
  • Praxiserfahrung in mindestens zwei bis drei der folgenden Bereiche: Windows Server, Netzwerk, Firewall, Backup-Lösungen, Microsoft 365
  • Verständnis für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Infrastrukturen im B2B-Umfeld
  • Verbindliche, freundliche und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation – sowohl im Team als auch im Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau); gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
