About the role

Join Our Global HRIS Team!

Are you curious about HR technology and excited to learn how digital solutions can transform the way HR works?

At Unilabs, we're looking for a motivated, proactive and analytical HRIS Specialist to join our growing global team and help us continuously improve the way we support HR through technology.

Working with Oracle HCM Cloud, you'll collaborate with colleagues across different countries, partner with HR teams across markets, IT stakeholders and our external support partners to investigate and resolve system issues and contribute to real improvements in our systems and processes. From solving day-to-day challenges to testing new features and exploring better ways of working, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact.

We are a diverse and collaborative team that values curiosity, knowledge sharing and continuous learning. You don't need to know everything from day one — we are looking for someone with a solid HRIS foundation, a proactive mindset and the motivation to learn, take ownership and grow with us.

Ready to grow your career in HR technology? We'd love to meet you!

.

Key responsibilities

  • HRIS Operations & Support: Support the day-to-day operation of Oracle HCM, investigating incidents, resolving functional issues and responding to requests from HR teams across different countries.
  • Service Delivery & Collaboration: Work closely with local HR teams, IT and our external support partner to coordinate issue resolution, follow up on escalations and ensure a reliable HRIS service.
  • System Improvements & Testing: Contribute to system enhancements, user acceptance testing and Oracle quarterly releases, helping ensure changes are properly tested and meet business needs.
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Support HR data validation, reporting and data extraction activities, helping maintain accurate, reliable and secure employee information.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system usage and contribute to more efficient and standardized ways of working.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation and knowledge articles, share best practices and support colleagues and HR users in making the most of our HR systems.

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR technology, enterprise application support or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, system support and the importance of HR data quality.
  • Experience investigating functional system issues, analyzing data discrepancies and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Experience with system testing, UAT, regression testing or the implementation of system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with HR data management, reporting and data quality controls.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Preferred qualifications and experience

  • Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation, depending on the organization's configuration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HR Help Desk or other HR case management and ticketing solutions.
  • Experience working with an AMS provider, external technology vendors or a structured service delivery model.
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, change and release management practices; familiarity with ITIL is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting tools, such as OTBI and BI Publisher, and an interest in developing reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts or HR system integrations is an advantage.
  • Experience with service performance metrics, root cause analysis, knowledge management or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

  • Make an impact: Help keep our HR systems running smoothly and improve the experience of colleagues across our global organization.
  • Learn by doing: Build your expertise in Oracle HCM, HR technology and service delivery by tackling real challenges and exploring new solutions.
  • Take ownership: Be proactive in solving problems, following up on requests and turning challenges into opportunities to improve.
  • Grow together: Share knowledge, collaborate with a diverse team and learn from colleagues across different countries and areas of expertise.
  • Challenge the status quo: Bring fresh ideas, question inefficient ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement as our team evolves
  • Celebrate progress: Build confidence, develop new skills and see the tangible impact of your contributions as you grow with us.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
