Unilabs ist der grösste Anbieter von medizinischer Labordiagnostik für niedergelassene Ärzte und Spitäler in der Schweiz und beschäftigt rund 800 Mitarbeitende. Zur Unterstützung des Teams in unserer Pathologie an der Murtenstrasse in Bern suchen wir eine/n

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter/in im Sekretariat in der Pathologie besteht Ihre Hauptaufgabe im selbständigen Erledigen aller im Sekretariat anfallenden Schreib\- und Büroaufgaben sowie das Schreiben von Berichten ab Diktat. Zusätzlich sind Sie für die Patientenannahme zuständig und erledigen die Triage von Telefon, Fax und E\-Mails. Als selbständige und kundenfreundliche Persönlichkeit unterstützen Sie die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe sowie die Ärzte und das Labor.

Vorzugsweise verfügen Sie über eine Ausbildung als medizinische Sekretärin und sind mit der medizinischen Terminologie vertraut. Sie beherrschen die Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Zusätzlich sprechen und schreiben Sie Italienisch auf hohem Niveau. Wenn Ihnen das Arbeiten mit dem PC Freude bereitet und Sie sich Schreibarbeiten gewohnt sind, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Sie mögen exaktes Arbeiten, stellen die Kundenzufriedenheit stets in den Vordergrund, behalten auch in hektischen Momenten einen klaren und verfügen über eine positive und motivierte Einstellung in der Zusammenarbeit mit ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe rundet Ihr Profil ab.
