The posting

1. Realizar treinamentos de qualidade com a operação, quando solicitado, e participar dos treinamentos aplicáveis à função;

2. Abrir etiquetas de qualidade para problemas identificados e participar de auditorias de qualidade, SHE e UMS, quando solicitado;

3. Solicitar apoio e comunicar à liderança do turno, à equipe técnica de Qualidade e ao FLM os problemas ou riscos de qualidade identificados em

linhas, processos, fluxos, insumos e embalagens;

4. Realizar o PQS das linhas sob sua responsabilidade, conforme padrões estabelecidos, registrando os resultados nos sistemas e documentos

definidos pela empresa;

5. Participar das investigações de incidentes de qualidade e apoiar a implementação das ações definidas;

6. Seguir a metodologia UMS no exercício das atribuições, incluindo abertura de etiquetas, OPL e registros de melhorias;

7. Cumprir os procedimentos e padrões de Qualidade, 5S e Boas Práticas de Fabricação aplicáveis às atividades de inspeção;

8. Realizar a colocação e a retirada dos filtros de monitoramento enzimático conforme rotina e procedimento vigente;

9. Realizar inspeção e liberação das linhas de embalagem e do robô, conforme critérios estabelecidos;

10. Realizar coleta de amostras de produto conforme frequência e plano de amostragem aplicáveis;

11. Inspecionar o sensor de cross-pack e registrar os resultados das verificações;

12. Realizar coleta de matérias-primas e materiais de embalagem (MP/ME), preservando identificação e rastreabilidade;

13. Realizar análises de flow e densidade conforme método e especificação aprovados;

14. Coletar, conferir e organizar laudos e registros de qualidade;

15. Executar a caminhada de vidros e comunicar imediatamente qualquer desvio identificado;

16. Realizar o Momento do Consumidor conforme padrão e frequência definidos;

17. Identificar, registrar, segregar e comunicar produtos ou materiais não conformes, assegurando a rastreabilidade e o direcionamento adequado;

18. Manter a área e os recursos de trabalho limpos e organizados, apoiando o alcance dos objetivos e metas da Qualidade;

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS PARA O CARGO

Ensino Médio Completo (2º Grau).

Desejável curso técnico na área de Qualidade ou Química.

Desejável experiência como Auxiliar ou Operador de Produção, ou em

atividades relacionadas à Qualidade; Disponibilidade para atuar em todos os turnos.
