In unserem innovativen Werk in Buxtehude produzieren wir mit hochmodernen Anlagen Körperpflegeprodukte für unsere internationalen Love Brands wie Axe, Dove oder Duschdas.

Für unsere Abteilung Arbeitssicherheit suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Werkstudent:in / Praktikant:in (d/w/m) mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung für einen Zeitraum von 3-6 Monate

PURPOSE

Der Zweck dieser Rolle ist es, die Digitalisierung und Vereinfachung bestehender Prozesse in der Arbeitssicherheit voranzutreiben und dadurch effiziente, transparente und praxisnahe Arbeitsabläufe zu unterstützen.

WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN

  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitssicherheit
  • Identifikation von Vereinfachungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung praxisnaher digitaler Lösungen
  • Digitalisierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe, insbesondere zur Reduzierung manueller Prozessschritte
  • Unterstützung bei der digitalen Dokumentation, Informationsbereitstellung und Nachverfolgung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Auswertungen, Übersichten und Dashboards
  • Dokumentation optimierter Prozesse und Unterstützung bei deren nachhaltiger Umsetzung im Arbeitsalltag
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Datenpflege und beim Einsatz digitaler Tools

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Laufendes Studium mit Bezug zu Digitalisierung/Datenanalyse, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Arbeitssicherheit oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Zahlen, Daten, Analysen und der digitalen Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

WÜNSCHENSWERTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit sind nicht unbedingt erforderlich
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate oder vergleichbaren digitalen Tools

ARBEITSZEITEN

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 6 Stunden pro Woche und kann flexibel gestaltet werden.
