O grupo Unimed primando pelo foco em cuidar das pessoas, está buscando um(a) Enfermeiro (a) para atuação no Hospital Unimed Campina Grande. O profissional irá planejar, organizar, supervisionar, executar serviços de enfermagem, empregando processos de rotina e/ou específicos para a proteção e recuperação da saúde individual ou coletiva.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar área de trabalho sob sua responsabilidade; Auxiliar o Enfermeiro Supervisor e Responsável Técnico nas avaliações periódicas dos funcionários; Consulta de Enfermagem;Prescrição da assistência de enfermagem;Cuidados direto de enfermagem a pacientes graves com risco de vida;Cuidados de enfermagem de maior complexidade técnica e que exijam conhecimentos de base científica e capacidade de tomar decisões imediatas;Prevenção e controle sistemático de danos que possam ser causados a clientela durante a assistência de enfermagem;Prevenção e controle sistemático da infecção hospitalar, inclusive como membro das respectivas comissões; Auxiliar no cumprimento do exercício legal da profissão, observando o Código de Ética dos profissionais de Enfermagem, o Decreto n° 94.406 de 08 de junho de 1987 que regulamenta a lei 7498 e dispõe sobre o exercício da enfermagem, e demais legislações que normatizam a profissão. Elaborar e atualizar em conjunto com a coordenação de enfermagem o diagnóstico situacional da unidade.Realizar em alinhamento com a coordenação da unidade, reuniões com a equipe, transmitir informações, acolher e resolver problemas, definir condutas, esclarecer dúvidas e planejar tomada de decisões.Promover, participar e incentivar a participação da equipe, em parceria com a coordenação e comissões do HUniCG, de capacitações, atualizações e treinamentos, conforme cronograma e demandas adicionais que surgirão ao longo do trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Enfermagem, registro atualizado no COREN e certificado de regularidadeEspecialização em Urgência e Emergência com título de especialista registrado junto ao Conselho de EnfermagemTer atuado como enfermeira assistencial em Pronto Atendimento Desejável habilidade com comunicação, trabalho em equipe e resolução de problemasExperiência na utilização de programas para gestão hospitalar e prontuário eletrônico do pacienteUtilização da ferramenta SBARCapacidade de lidar com informações confidenciais de forma ética e profissional.Informações adicionais🕛 Disponibilidade para atuar como ferista em escala 12x36, com revezamento entre turnos diurno e noturno.💰 Salário compatível com o mercado🍽️ Refeição no local🚌 Vale transporte📚 Universidade Corporativa com cursos reconhecidos pelo MEC📚 Incentivo acadêmico🧘Programas de saúde e bem estar
