O Hospital Unimed Campina Grande está em busca de uma(a) Enfermeiro(a) de CO para atuar em nossa unidade. O(A) profissional será responsável por planejar, organizar, supervisionar, executar serviços de enfermagem à gestante, parturiente e puérpera, empregando processos de rotina e/ou específicos para a proteção e recuperação da saúde individual ou coletiva.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar plano de cuidados e supervisionar a continuidade da assistência;Seguir como norma, o Código de Ética Profissional do Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN);Aplicar o Protocolo de Parto seguro;Prestar Assistência a gestante no período pré parto, parto e pós parto.;Assistir ao RN nos primeiros minutos de vida, na ausência do pediatra.;Prever recursos humanos para atendimento em sala operatória (SO);Supervisionar as ações da equipe de enfermagem;Checar a programação cirúrgica;Conferir escala diária de atividades dos funcionários; Orientar montagem e desmontagem de SO;Conferir os materiais implantáveis necessários para as cirurgias (antes do paciente ser encaminhado a SO); Verificar a disponibilidade e o funcionamento do material necessário para cirurgia;Manter ambiente seguro para paciente e profissionais;Realizar visita pré-operatória. Realizar os diagnósticos de enfermagem para o período pré e intraoperatório e implementação dos cuidados; Recepcionar o paciente no CC, conferir prontuários, pulseira de identificação, exames e preencher os impressos relativos à admissão; Realizar inspeção física do paciente (no local específico em cada instituição); Conferir os Diagnósticos de Enfermagem e a implementação dos cuidados;Conduzir o paciente até a SO; Auxiliar na transferência do paciente da maca para a mesa cirúrgica;Auxiliar no posicionamento do paciente;Orientar o técnico sobre as anotações de enfermagem em SO;Realizar curativo cirúrgico ou ajudar a equipe na execução;Auxiliar na transferência do paciente da mesa cirúrgica para a maca, verificar cateteres, sondas e drenos;Encaminhar o paciente para RPA;Informar as condições clínicas do paciente ao Enfermeiro da RPA;Auxiliar o Técnico quando possível a aplicar verbalmente e documentar o protocolo de cirurgia segura em todas as etapas de sua responsabilidade;Realizar procedimentos invasivos complexos privativos do Enfermeiro; Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Enfermagem, registro atualizado no COREN e certificado de regularidadeEspecialização na área de atuação (Obstetriz)Desejável experiência como enfermeira assistencial em Centro ObstétricoInformações adicionaisTemos vagas escalas 12x36 Diurna e Noturna💰 Salário compatível com o mercado🍽️ Refeição no local🚌 Vale transporte📚 Universidade Corporativa com cursos reconhecidos pelo MEC📚 Incentivo acadêmico🧘Programas de saúde e bem estar
