Por isso, não fazemos distinção para candidatos com deficiência, gênero, orientação sexual, raça/etnia, idade, etc. Todos são bem vindos!O que buscamos:Um profissional com perfil comercial, capacidade analítica e habilidade para construir relacionamentos sólidos com parceiros estratégicos, garantindo a excelência na operação, o desenvolvimento dos canais e o alcance dos resultados da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:Acompanhar diariamente a produção de vendas das corretoras e parceiros comerciais.Monitorar o cumprimento das metas e indicadores de desempenho (vendas, conversão, produtividade e produção).Elaborar e apresentar relatórios gerenciais de resultados.Realizar reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento com corretoras e parceiros.Prestar suporte comercial e operacional, garantindo agilidade na resolução de demandas.Acompanhar propostas comerciais, desde a negociação até a implantação dos contratos.Atuar na identificação e solução de problemas relacionados ao processo de vendas.Garantir a correta aplicação de processos, políticas e procedimentos comerciais.Apoiar treinamentos, campanhas e ações comerciais voltadas aos canais externos.Desenvolver ações de prospecção e captação de novos negócios em toda a área de atuação.
