Missão do Cargo:Coordenar time comercial alinhado com a estratégia e a execução das atividades de prospecção ativa de novos clientes corporativos, em sua área de atuação, para garantir a expansão da base de beneficiários e o atingimento das metas de novas vendas, mantendo a conformidade com as diretrizes da ANS e fortalecendo o posicionamento da marca Unimed no mercado de saúde suplementar.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Garantir o fluxo contínuo de novas oportunidades no pipeline comercial, por meio da gestão direta do time de prospecção, definição de réguas de abordagem e monitoramento de indicadores de conversão;Assegurar a qualidade técnica das propostas e o alinhamento com as políticas de precificação, através da orientação constante à equipe sobre as particularidades dos produtos Unimed e análise de viabilidade dos leads qualificados:Otimizar a performance e o engajamento do time de vendas, por meio do acompanhamento de KPIs de produtividade, feedbacks constantes e treinamento técnico sobre o setor de saúde suplementar:Quando necessário, fomentar parcerias estratégicas e o mapeamento de mercado, mediante a análise de movimentação da concorrência e identificação de nichos geográficos ou setoriais subexplorados;Garantir a conformidade regulatória nas vendas, através da supervisão dos processos de preenchimento de Declarações de Saúde e contratos, seguindo rigorosamente as normas da ANS e da cooperativa;Facilitar a integração entre as áreas de Vendas, Produtos, Cadastro e Gestão de Risco, mediante o alinhamento de expectativas e fluxos de trabalho que agilizem a implantação de novos contratos.
