Responsável por liderar o time de hotelaria para assegurar um acolhimento excepcional ao cliente, garantindo padrões elevados de higienização, excelência na hotelaria, eficiência na lavanderia, rigoroso controle de acesso e medidas de segurança robustas, com objetivo de proporcionar um ambiente agradável e seguro para nossos clientes e também manter uma operação administrativa eficaz e monitorar os indicadores de desempenho da área.Responsabilidades e atribuições Contribuir ativamente para o planejamento e monitoramento da experiência do cliente, desde sua admissão até a alta hospitalar, visando promover um cuidado individualizado e acolhedor.Colaborar estreitamente com a equipe de gestão de leitos/recepção para agilizar a ocupação e a logística de check-in e check-out, garantindo a otimização dos recursos disponíveis, levando em conta a capacidade de cada setor e prioridades clínicas, além de monitorar em tempo real a gestão de altas.Supervisionar, em conjunto com a equipe de manutenção, o checklist da operacionalização dos itens de mobiliário e a estrutura completa dos leitos.Monitorar as atividades das auxiliares de rouparia, garantindo o controle de qualidade e a organização de todo o processo de preparação e distribuição de enxovais.Supervisionar as atividades de controle de sustentabilidade do PGRSS (Plano de Gerenciamento de Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde).Elaborar relatórios, formulários e planilhas, coletando informações e verificando índices e indicadores pertinentes.Atuar como intermediário com fornecedores de vigilância e portaria, lavanderia hospitalar, coleta de resíduos e higienização hospitalar.Executar atividades de suporte administrativo em todas as áreas da organização.
