Prestar cuidado direto aos pacientes e realizar ações de suporte, sempre sob a supervisão do enfermeiro.Executar com rigor e excelência o plano de cuidados elaborado pela equipe de enfermagem.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Analisar o mapa cirúrgico para verificar os horários, identificação do paciente, equipe médica e demandas específicas de equipamentos.Solicitar, via impressos próprios, os insumos necessários à Farmácia do Centro Cirúrgico e à CME, realizando a conferência no recebimento.Inspecionar rigorosamente os prazos de validade e a integridade dos invólucros de todos os materiais estéreis.Realizar o check-list prévio e testar o funcionamento dos equipamentos da sala.Auxiliar o instrumentador na contagem dos instrumentais (antes e após a cirurgia), conferindo com o controle da CME.Receber o paciente conforme as normas institucionais, prestando assistência pautada na complexidade do procedimento e no cuidado humanizado.Transferir o paciente para a mesa cirúrgica de forma segura, reposicionando sondas, drenos e acessos com cautela para garantir sua permeabilidade.Acompanhar o paciente de forma contínua até a chegada da equipe cirúrgica e anestésica.Auxiliar a equipe na monitorização, indução anestésica e no posicionamento adequado do paciente para a cirurgia.Encaminhar o paciente ao leito de destino (pós-operatório) com o prontuário e exames completos, comunicando a liberação ao setor de origem.Permanecer na sala (com a porta fechada) durante todo o ato operatório, antecipando as necessidades de material conforme o tempo cirúrgico.Auxiliar a equipe cirúrgica no processo de paramentação.Monitorar o ambiente cirúrgico para prevenir falhas técnicas ou quebras de assepsia, comunicando qualquer intercorrência imediatamente ao enfermeiro do plantão.Receber, identificar e encaminhar peças cirúrgicas e exames para o laboratório, segundo a rotina institucional.Realizar as anotações de enfermagem de forma clara nos impressos padronizados.Controlar e registrar rigorosamente todos os materiais, medicamentos e equipamentos utilizados na folha de débito da sala.Assegurar junto à equipe médica que a folha de anestesia e a descrição cirúrgica sejam devidamente preenchidas e checadas.Atuar sempre em conformidade com as metas de segurança do paciente e os protocolos da instituição.Manter-se atualizado participando ativamente dos treinamentos e reciclagens propostos pela Educação Continuada e pela gestão.

Requisitos e qualificações Curso Técnico em Enfermagem completo com COREN ativo.Experiência prévia em Centro Cirúrgico.
