Abrir, organizar e autorizar atendimento. Encaminhar solicitações de exames negados a linha verde. Checar cumprimento das recomendações dos exames. Imprimir pedidos de exames e anexá-los às guias de solicitação. Emitir Declaração de Comparecimento. Agendar exames presenciais. Confirmar agenda de exames. Entregar resultados de exames. Providenciar o arquivamento de exames.Desempenhar suas atividades seguindo as Chaves da Excelência.

Atribuições: Recepcionar clientes e orientar quanto ao funcionamento do serviço;

Abrir e autorizar atendimento no sistema, mediante confirmação biométrica e apresentação da guia de solicitação;

Organizar o atendimento através de senhas;

Registrar o pedido dos exames, cadastrando informações dos atendimentos no sistema;

Encaminhar solicitações de exames não autorizados para a linha verde, para que seja avaliada a autorização;

Checar cumprimento das recomendações prévias para realização dos exames;

Imprimir e organizar os pedidos de exames e anexá-los às guias de solicitação;

Agendar exames presenciais para clientes, de acordo com a disponibilidade de horários do serviço;

Confirmar agenda de exames e suprir ausências com clientes da fila de espera, a fim de reduzir o absenteísmo;

Entregar resultados de exames de imagem e laboratório, mediante a apresentação do cartão de realização e documento de identidade;

Providenciar o arquivamento dos exames com data superior a 30 dias, na empresa terceirizada, para desobstruir o arquivo da área;

Solicitar retorno de exames arquivados à empresa terceirizada e Gerência Administrativa Financeira, para a entrega aos clientes;

Desempenhar suas atividades segundo as práticas organizacionais exigidas, visando a segurança dos pacientes;

Abrir ordem de serviço para manutenção do ambiente de trabalho;

Abrir notificação de melhoria em caso de não conformidades;

Abrir ordem de serviço a TI, caso necessário, para garantia da continuidade do trabalho;

Estimular o cliente a responder a pesquisa de satisfação;

Realizar abertura de agendas; bloqueio de horários e remarcação de exames;

Verificar e-mails;

Responder os clientes no whatsapp corporativo;

Apoiar as recepções na unidade hospitalar de lotação ou em outros recursos vinculados a gerência de experiência do paciente, em caso de absenteísmo ou necessidade de ajuste de escala;

Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, de acordo com a necessidade da organização, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados.
