Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar como Assistente Administrativo no Núcleo de Gestão de Leitos (NGL) do Hospital Unimed Guarapuava, contribuindo para a organização dos fluxos assistenciais, o gerenciamento das informações e a eficiência dos processos relacionados à ocupação, movimentação e disponibilidade de leitos hospitalares.

O profissional será responsável por executar rotinas administrativas, atualizar registros e apoiar a programação cirúrgica, a confirmação de internações, o pré-cadastro de pacientes e a logística de transferências e remoções, assegurando a qualidade das informações, a comunicação entre as áreas e a continuidade do fluxo do paciente, conforme as diretrizes e prioridades estabelecidas pelo Enfermeiro do Núcleo de Gestão de Leitos.

Principais atribuições

  • Executar as rotinas administrativas do Núcleo de Gestão de Leitos, mantendo atualizadas as informações referentes à ocupação, movimentação e disponibilidade de leitos hospitalares;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento da agenda cirúrgica e realizar as atividades administrativas relacionadas à confirmação de procedimentos e internações no dia anterior (D-1);
  • Realizar o pré-cadastro de pacientes e conferir as informações necessárias para os processos de internação, conforme os fluxos institucionais;
  • Apoiar a organização e o acompanhamento das remoções e transferências intra e inter-hospitalares, conforme as orientações e prioridades definidas pela equipe responsável;
  • Manter registros atualizados sobre a movimentação dos pacientes e a situação dos leitos, garantindo a confiabilidade e a rastreabilidade das informações;
  • Realizar contatos e encaminhamentos administrativos junto às áreas envolvidas, contribuindo para a integração e a comunicação entre os setores;
  • Apoiar a organização da logística assistencial, contribuindo para a agilidade dos processos de admissão, transferência e desocupação de leitos;
  • Identificar e comunicar inconsistências cadastrais, pendências e situações que possam impactar o fluxo de atendimento;
  • Organizar documentos, controles e informações administrativas, observando os procedimentos institucionais e os requisitos de confidencialidade;
  • Cumprir os protocolos, as rotinas e as orientações institucionais, atuando sob as diretrizes e prioridades estabelecidas pelo Enfermeiro do Núcleo de Gestão de Leitos.
