Aqui na Unimed JP não paramos de crescer e por isso, estamos com uma oportunidade para quem tem vocação e propósito no cuidar, para atuação como Analista Administrativo Jr, no setor de Command Center.

Missão do cargo: Analisar dados e desenvolver soluções de Business Intelligence, contribuindo para o monitoramento dos fluxos assistenciais e operacionais e para a tomada de decisão baseada em dados, apoiando o amadurecimento do Command Center na gestão de indicadores e SLAs da jornada do paciente, e monitoramento dos indicadores financeiros com foco na geração de valor para a alta gestão e lideranças.

Descrição de atividades:

  • Analisar processos da área por meio do acompanhando e análise crítica de indicadores, validados pelo seu superior. Quando necessário, definir planos de ação para correção ou manutenção da meta e, sempre que possível, implantar melhorias no processo;
  • Apoiar o monitoramento da jornada do paciente por meio da coleta, organização e análise de dados;
  • Analisar processos e indicadores, realizando avaliação crítica e propondo melhoria;
  • Garantir a qualidade, integridade e confiabilidade dos dados apresentados à gestão;
  • Desenvolver, manter e evoluir dashboards e relatórios do Command Center e das áreas da cooperativa;
  • Realizar extração, transformação, consolidação e carga de dados (ETL);
  • Executar consultas em banco de dados para geração de relatórios e análises; Realizar análises dos resultados dos indicadores assistenciais e operacionais;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de negócio, apoio e tecnologia, promovendo visão integrada dos dados;
  • Aplicar rotinas de validação e qualidade de dados, assegurando consistência das informações;
  • Treinar usuários-chave na utilização de dashboards e interpretação de indicadores;
  • Elaborar apresentações e relatórios executivos para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, inovação e iniciativas estratégicas da organização;
  • Monitorar indicadores relacionados ao faturamento, orçamento, receitas, custos e despesas, conforme as informações e os acessos disponibilizados pelas áreas responsáveis;
  • Monitorar informações operacionais que possam impactar o faturamento, a produtividade e os resultados financeiros da cooperativa;

  • Acompanhar os resultados das ações corretivas, contribuindo para a redução de perdas e o aumento da eficiência dos processos.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão de Processos, Gestão da Qualidade, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável pós graduação em curso;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração e análise de planilhas, relatórios e indicadores de desempenho;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, para organização, consolidação e análise de dados;
  • Experiência em centros de monitoramento operacional, Command Center, central de operações ou áreas de controle de processos;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores, análise de desempenho e elaboração de planos de ação;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI) e visualização de dados.
