Aqui na Unimed JP não paramos de crescer e por isso, estamos com uma oportunidade para quem tem vocação e propósito no cuidar, para atuação como Auxiliar de Rouparia em uma de nossas unidades.

Missão do Cargo: Auxiliar no setor de rouparia através do recebimento, triagem, organização, distribuição e guarda dos enxovais/roupas conforme procedimentos internos estabelecidos para atendimento aos usuários das unidades hospitalares.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Conhecer o Planejamento Estratégico da Unimed JP e os vínculos do mesmo com sua área de atuação, contribuindo com o alcance das metas estratégicas. Contribuir com o cumprimento do orçamento anual de sua área, por meio da racionalização do consumo, visando a redução de despesas e ganho de produtividade.

ÁREA LIMPA Realizar a triagem, verificando se está em condições de uso, realizar as separações dos enxovais e cumprir com a distribuição para abastecimentos do hospital conforme rotina e solicitações dos setores. Entregar os jalecos privativos para médicos e colaboradores das áreas autorizadas. Realizar a montagem dos kits de enxovais e dispensar para toda unidade hospitalar. Fazer o recebimento dos materiais da lavanderia terceirizada, pesar, validar as notas e dar sequência ao trâmite para distribuição conforme demanda. Recepcionar e realizar a montagem dos kits cirúrgicos e entregar para o CME para serem esterilizados. Realizar notificações no sistema de gestão da qualidade sempre que houver a necessidade, alertando aos superiores imediatos as problemáticas encontradas.

ÁREA CRÍTICA Realizar higienização das aparadeiras, papagaios, banheiras e cálices.

Manter o cumprimento dos procedimentos e instruções de trabalho da área, padronizados pelo sistema de gestão de processos e qualidade, em atendimento as respectivas políticas. Executar outras tarefas correlatas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias e da natureza do seu trabalho, conforme orientação do superior imediato.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino médio Completo. Habilidade em se comunicar, proatividade na resolução de conflitos e facilidade de relacionamento. Habilidade de organização

Desejável Habilidade com sistemas

Alguma experiência será um diferencial.
