Aqui na Unimed JP não paramos de crescer e por isso, estamos com uma oportunidade para quem tem vocação e propósito no cuidar, para atuação como Coordenador no setor de Retenção de Clientes.

Missão do cargo: Coordenar as atividades da área, visando ao aumento da receita, à retenção de clientes e à satisfação dos clientes.

Descrissão das atividades:

  • Estruturar, revisar e otimizar processos da área, estabelecendo e acompanhando indicadores, validados pelo seu superior, definindo planos de ação quando necessário;
  • Em processos transversais, consultar as áreas envolvidas para definição conjunta dos indicadores e/ou análise dos mesmos;
  • Elaborar o orçamento anual de sua área, monitorando e zelando pelo seu cumprimento, bem como gerenciar os custos do setor, visando a redução de despesas e ganho de produtividade;
  • Gerir pessoas da sua área, realizando, dentre outras atividades, seleção de pessoal, demissão de pessoal, aprovações de ponto, programações de férias, organização de escalas, estabelecendo metas, desenvolvendo pessoas e avaliando performance;
  • Elaborar Plano Anual de Treinamento (PAT) da sua área tendo em vista as diretrizes do planejamento estratégico, os resultados dos seus processos e das avaliações por performance, os planos de desenvolvimento individuais, as necessidades da prestação dos serviços, aperfeiçoamento ou introdução de novas técnicas de trabalho e a melhoria da qualidade do serviço prestado;
  • Validar PAT da área com seu superior imediato;
  • Garantir cumprimento do PAT aprovado para área, avaliando sua eficácia;
  • Acompanhar os contratos de prestadores de serviços referente a sua área, verificando se as entregas correspondem ao serviço/produto contratado. Solicitar a renovação/ cancelamento de contrato quando necessário, dentro dos prazos de validade dos mesmos e de acordo com as normas da empresa;
  • Solicitar e acompanhar a compra de equipamentos e material permanentes e de consumo, necessário à prestação e qualidade dos serviços, realizando a gestão racional de consumo;
  • Participar dos comitês de certificações e acreditações, ou quando solicitado, de projetos específicos, visando a aquisição e manutenção das certificações já existentes;
  • Gerir equipe de retenção/pós-venda, garantindo a qualidade dos processos e do relacionamento com o cliente;
  • Garantir o alcance de meta de retenção estabelecida pela empresa;
  • Alimentar e acompanhar os indicadores da área;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar estratégias no que tange retenção de clientes e pós-venda, com objetivo de aumentar carteira de forma sustentável e garantir satisfação dos clientes;
  • Elaborar plano de retenção, garantindo o aumento de receita;
  • Estudar concorrência com o objetivo de criar novas formas de garantir permanência do cliente na cooperativa. Requisitos:
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, com foco na satisfação, habilidade de negociação e boa comunicação;
  • Experiência em gestão de pessoas;
  • Necessário superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Economia, ou aréa correlatas;
  • Desejável pós graduação completa.
