Estamos com oportunidades para quem busca aprimoramento constante para atuação como Estagiário para apoiar nas atividades do Polo Educacional da Unimed João Pessoa.

As principais atividades para atuar neste cargo são:

  • Auxiliar na organização, atualização e arquivamento de documentos físicos e digitais;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e a atualização de planilhas, controles internos e relatórios administrativos;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento de agendas, cronogramas, reuniões e demandas internas;
  • Apoiar a organização dos processos administrativos e o controle de pendências;
  • Auxiliar no planejamento e na organização administrativa de cursos, treinamentos e capacitações;
  • Apoiar o processo de inscrição e o controle de participantes;
  • Auxiliar na preparação de listas de presença, materiais de apoio e certificados;
  • Apoiar a organização dos ambientes e dos recursos necessários à realização das atividades educacionais;
  • Auxiliar na coleta e consolidação de avaliações de satisfação e registros de participação.

Requisitos da vaga:

  • Cursando o ensino superior a partir do 3° período;
  • Disponibilidade de atuação presencial, em um turno, manhã ou tarde, para carga horário de 6h;
  • Habilidade com o pacote Office, Windows, Internet, e-mail e excel;
  • Habilidade para lidar com sistemas operacionais;
  • Desenvoltura no atendimento e na tratativa com o público interno.
